My Story

I was born in London in 1994 to Scottish parents. My parents loved skiing so we used to go on family holidays to Meribel in France. When I was 7 my dad my family moved to live in Milan, Italy. Through being closer to the alps and starting to ski a bit too fast down public pistes it was decided that I should try a bit of skiing racing. I enjoyed racing and competed in my first British race when I was 12 but it wasn't until I was about 15 when the racing bug really bit.
My school didn't allow me to take time off for skiing so my skiing during school time was limited to racing on the weekend in the Aosta valley with my parents as my race team and I would train as much as I could in the summer holidays.
I finished school when I was 18 and knew I wanted to take a year for skiing so applied for a deferred entry to Glasgow university to study Biology. The rest is history! Going from no training to being able to train nearly every day of the year did wonders for my skiing and having nearly halved my world ranking in one season I decided to give myself a chance at racing and put Uni on hold.
Over the next 5 years I moved up into the top 200 in the world in Giant Slalom, Super G and Downhill. I also won the British Champion title 4 years in a row, raced at the World Junior Championships in Norway, the World Championships in St Moritz and numerous Europa Cup and World Cup events.
I am currently Britain's best ranked Super G and Downhill skier and number 2 GS skier.

I have spent 5 years training in Meribel with Orsatus. A private French team designed to take skiers up to National Team level. In 2018 I felt it was time for a change in my training program and I'm very happy to now be training and racing alongside International Ski Racing Academy. I am based in the Dolomites in Italy during the winter season. I will continue to train and race with ISRA into 2020.
To keep up to date with all my skiing news and results you can read my blog and follow my social media which I update regularly throughout the year.

Last year I decided to get creative in the way I funded my skiing. Having always had a love for bikinis I decided to start up my own swimwear company! It was a huge learning process. I spent hours researching online "how to start up a business" and "who can make my sketches come to life". I wanted to create high qualify yet affordable swimwear for people of all shapes and sizes.
A year later my first collection is now up for sale at www.corallinaswim.com
The collection is inspired by the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean where I have been lucky enough to spend nearly all my holidays since I was a kid. The bikinis are named after the islands and all the prints, which are all my own designs, are inspired by the fun and vibrant way of life of the islands. All my pieces are sold separately and there are plenty of reversible styles so you can mix and match pieces to create your own unique look!
I'd love for you to have a look at my bikinis and let me know what you think!
